Birth Control Legislation
Effective August 2012, all health plans must cover birth control and preventative screenings for women. The conservatives are against this because, well, because liberals support the idea. Now I may have voiced my opinions on reproduction in the past. I know. I never speak my mind. Anyway, my argument has been that people are having children, but not raising them properly. They grow up in dysfunctional family systems (addiction, abuse, neglect, etc), but society has brainwashed everyone to think that having children is the end-all/be-all of human life. Boycott Barnes and Noble
Story time. In a couple of weeks I am going to have surgery. (Yay vasectomy) Because of this, I will be taking a week off of work. I figured this would be a great time to do some reading. Dwight Benson is Public Enemy #1
This is Dwight Benson. Dwight is 64 years old. Dwight was just arrested for his 13th DUI. Let me repeat that. Dwight was just arrested for his THIRTEENTH FUCKING DUI. You see, Benson was in the Navy for 30 years and served multiple tours in Vietnam. He started drinking during the war and has since racked up 18 reckless and alcohol related driving convictions, and more than a dozen other convictions for driving on suspended or invalid licenses. His family claims he suffers from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. So that absolves him.

Adoption Vs. Abortion
I heard someone say “I don’t believe in adoption” recently. First off, you don’t “believe” in it? Like you don’t think it’s real? Secondly, saying “I don’t believe in adoption” is basically saying “I don’t believe in putting my child first” or “I don’t believe in giving my child a chance at a happy life”. Politicians
Listen you pricks in Washington: YOU WORK FOR US. Your job is to do what WE tell you to do. I’m so sick of the people WE PAY to represent US forgo what WE want because it’s not what THEY want. Why is it that the only time they seem to care about the tax payers (read salary payers) is during election time? Oh yeah. Because then we benefit THEM. As soon as they are elected, they could care less we exist.

Seattle is known for a few things. The Space Needle, Grunge music, and rain. So why is it that this city is incapable of creating a decent drainage system? I mean seriously. There is no reason for there to be standing water in the middle of the street, let alone the gutters. What? Is the city surprised that it rains? Its not even heavier than usual rain.
