First of all, the police have known about this for 6 months, yet have no leads and have not told people about it.
Next, the “Deputies believe whoever is responsible may have committed crimes against children.”
Really? You think? What a fucking stretch of the imagination. OF COURSE THEY HAVE. Rational people wouldn’t even consider molesting a child. Only someone deranged enough to actually do this would be deranged enough to write an instruction manual.
Here’s the best part. It is PERFECTLY LEGAL to own or distribute the manual.

This is horrible. It makes me cry. I have a child and the thought of there being a manual on how to abuse him makes me angry. I do not understand how it could be legal to owe this. Why is no one protecting our children? I do not understand. Those poor children. It’s hard to overcome sexual abuse, if you can do it at all. These children…they will be in therapy for the rest of their lives.
